Meet Anjli
I’m a London based food and beverage innovation consultant and podcaster, working where food design meets human experience. With over 12 years of global experience across the UK, India, and Dubai, I’ve helped shape products, menus, and strategies across hospitality, casual dining, and quick-service restaurant spaces.
My approach blends data with design, balancing creativity with insight, trends with feasibility. I work closely with a range of clients, from ambitious independents to global brands, to bring bold food and beverage concepts to life. Whether it’s developing a new menu, refining a product idea, or building innovation strategies that last, I’m passionate about creating work that’s thoughtful, practical, and built to connect.
At the heart of it all is a commitment to meaningful, values-driven innovation solutions that go beyond trends and speak to people.
I’m also the host of Empty Plates, a podcast that explores the deep connection between food and memory. Through honest, curious conversations with chefs, restaurateurs, and creatives, we uncover the stories behind the dishes that shaped them reflecting on identity, creativity, and the moments that stay with you.
